I was up early today, but the boys were up at a pretty normal time. Owen gleefully ate his powered donuts (obviously he's not on my diet) and then he was so messy I undressed him (well, down to his diaper). He quickly located his shoes and brought them to me-it was so cute, I thought, well, it will make a cute picture, so I put them on him. It was going great until I ran to the van to get the camera and UGH, he followed me! He must've thought with shoes on, we were going bye, bye. So, when he realized it wasn't so, he followed up with this... and this... and this... and it went on and on so I decided to record it so you can all see the head spinning from my last post. Yes, there is crying involved but I do talk to him some in it which is a bit comical-so if you can deal with it, keep the sound on for a good laugh. And finally, pray for me, as I am contemplating a psych ward admission (for me, not Owen;-). Oh and it's a little dark in the beginning but it lightens up;-)
Ok so I can't get it to work, so put it at the bottom as a you tube video called "Owen cries" -enjoy;-)

I watched about a minute of the video...it was very dark, don't know if it was just from a glare on my screen, or what. 1 minute was about all I could take and then I turned it off...wish you could do that too, huh? It initially sounded like a dog fight.
And, um, you're not kidding! That's all I can say about that.
Although how cute is he in just
his diaper and shoes. I can see how he thought he was leaving.
OMG!!!! I am seriously LOL! You were so right and not exagerating!! We need to call an exorcist stat!! lol Even when his head is spinning he is still really cute!!
Oh my. Not much you can say about this except this too will pass. And even when he's having a bad time he's still so exceptionally cute that it's hard to take him seriouslY!!
Wow. He is still such a cutie when crying! Thanks for the laugh.

I had to laugh at this because we have these little episodes at our house too. My 18 month old will through the biggest tantrums about wanting to go outside and not wanting to come in!! Fun times.
Renay,
Thank you....I now don't feel alone. :-)

What a cutie in his diaper crying. He so badly wanted to go bye-bye!
I don't believe you. I don't believe that sweet little Owen is capable of that madness. I think you hired a body double and paid them. :) Seriously, though, he is still adorable, even when in full-blown temper-tantrum mode. I'm sure that you will pass this stage of mommy-hood as well as you have passed the previous stages. I am sure of it. You're a great Mommy, and I'm confident we will not see you in a psych ward (or cavorting with Exorcists) any time soon! I'll be praying for you. (And now I know who to commiserate with in a couple of months when it's my turn!!)
Ugh...unfortunately I think that I am just about to be able to relate with my youngest too! Parker out-and-out REFUSED to say please today when she wanted something and decided that she should just roll around on the floor thrashing and crying instead! Then she would stand up, point to what she wanted again, and I would ask her to, yet again, say(sign) "please". And the cycle would repeat!!! AGH~~~ want to go back on that cruise again with a girlfriend?!
